When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped the same day or within 24 hours.
If you have supplied your email address you will be notified by email with tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3 days from when you place your order.
We have two locations (Oregon and Illinois) so that in most cases your order can be delivered quickly. Some items are only available at one location and will take up to 5 days to be delivered. You can see the shipping maps to determine how long your shipping will take.
How do I cancel my order?
Go to the Contact Us page and use the Comments box to send us your cancellation request. Please include your order number and specific details about the item(s) you want to remove from your order. You may also call 1-800-826-0654
We will notify you of the status of your cancellation as soon as we receive it.
Please note: orders that have already been boxed and billed for shipping cannot be canceled, added to, or modified. If you'd like to cancel your order please do so ASAP.
How do I add an item to my order or combine my orders?

How do I check my order status?

Will you give me a tracking number?
When your order ships out you'll get an automatic e-mail with a tracking number. You will have to supply us with an e-mail address to receive this.

What is a backordered item?
Although we try to not backorder an item, it occurs when an item is not available to ship with the rest of your order. In most cases we will try to contact you to notify of any backorders. We will ship out the rest of the order and have the backordered item delivered as soon as we receive it, free of shipping charge.
Can Research Mannikins ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO address?
Yes. For PO boxes, you must select USPS as your shipping option.
Do you ship internationally?
